Refund policy

All Sales Final Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of hand-knapped artisanal art and original poetry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In the rare event that an item arrives broken or damaged due to transit, you must contact us at orders@paleopoet.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to issue a replacement or store credit.
